Next Steps • Extend workgroup timeframe • “Think Tank 2” Transitioning from Non FSS to FSS • Managing timelines and mitigating costs • Sortation (presort software, labeling lists, etc) • Bundling methodology • Containerization • New members: calling First-Class presort flats mailers and small to mid-size printers
