University of the Highlands and Islands • The University provides access to undergraduate and postgraduate study, and research opportunities through a distinctive partnership of 13 colleges and research institutions. We also use a network of 50 Learning Centres • The UHI ‘campus’ is 1/5th the landmass of the UK • The University has7464 students • 48% studying part time and 52% full time • 34% of students are under 21, 34% are 30-49 years
UHI Vision and Strategic Plan 2012-17 • The University of the Highlands and Islands will be nationally and internationally recognisedas a distinctive and innovative partnership which embraces both further and higher education.
