LUMBAGO Lumbago is when a person sits for a long period of time. It is lower back pain.
How you get it? This might happen because you might be carrying heavy stuff, decorating, gardening, or even for no obvious reason.
What happens to the system? Lumbago effects one side at a time. This will happen when you have lumbago: tingling, numbness, or weakness, or a dull to sharp shooting pain down your thigh and leg.
Does the body try to fix itself? Your back does not get better from lying in bed, your body needs circulation to transport healthy nutrients to damaged body parts, and it needs circulation to remove natural waste.
