  2. If the manufacturer has violated the Kentucky Lemon Law, the consumer will be eligible to choose a refund or a replacement vehicle.

  3. If you meet the legal requirements of the Lemon Law, the manufacturer must replace the vehicle with a comparable vehicle or refund your money.

  4. When a refund is given, you are entitled to all monies paid for the vehicle, which includes sales tax, finance interest charges, registration fees, and any other charges for the vehicle.
