  2. New „culture“ of SRF-Workshop • No laboratory talks, but lab-poster (will remain in back of main auditorium during the week) • 5 tutorials, questions and discussion are encouraged • 4 working groups on „hot“ issues (this is a workshop!) • Students award for best contribution (1000 US$)

  3. Main Auditorium • Talks • Reviews • Plenary talks • Invited talks • 5 Tutorials at late afternoon, starting 17:30 • Lab posters will remain in this room

  4. Working groups • WG1: High Q and high Eacc • WG2: Intermediate velocity structures • WG3: Couplers, tuners,... • WG4: High gradient cw modules for FEL/standard modules • Parallel sessions: • WG1 with WG3 • WG2 with WG4 • Please sign in at info board

  5. Dinner • Dinner on Wednesday is onboard of Passat sailing ship (across Trave river) • Passat is a museum ship, will not move • We will have tours inside the ship • Please wear casual dressing, pullover/sweater is recommended • Some of you will stay on deck, not enough place under deck (240 participant!!)

  6. Lunch • Buffet lunch at Maritim hotel for allconference attendees (including those who stay at a different hotel) • Is free, including one non alcoholic drink

  7. Companions programme • Tours to Lübeck, Eutin/Plön, Hamburg and Schwerin are planned • Information at conference desk • Tours will start on Tuesday • Many other tours offered by local travel agencies: • Please contact conference or hotel information desk

  8. Bus transportation • On Friday: • From Travemünde to DESY for TTF tour • From Travemünde to Airport • From DESY to Airport • From DESY back to Travemünde on request • Please sign in at info board
