Cover page mayinclude • name ofHEI • name ofprogramme, • degree awarded, • short description ofprogramme, • start ofprocedure, • date ofprovidingthedocuments(SAR etc), • date ofsitevisit, • organization of programme ( part time,fulltime,resp. full time equivalent), • first start, • earlier evaluations,

  4. Requirements forreport (including drafts!) • comprehensive, but avoid unnecessaryinformation • evidence--‐based • clear, readablestyle • neatformatting

  5. Introduction(Cover page)may include • student intakecapacity, • number ofrecentbeginners, • number ofcreditpoints, • hours percreditpoint, • recommended decision, • recommended conditions, • names ofchairpersonofexperts (including theirspecialties/provenience)

  6. Requirements for the report •Eachcriterionshouldbediscussed (if applicableforHEI) •Eachstatementmustbebasedon qualitative/quantitativedata,factual information • Eachareashouldbeassessed (positive/negative)

  7. Requirements for the report • Recommendations – concerning shortcomingsoftheHEI – indicatingactionsthatmustbetaken immediately – howtoimprove theperformanceof HEI – forthedevelopmentoftheactivitiesHEI

  8. Requirements for the report • Deadlines forreport • Draft reports –onemonthaftersitevisit(revised by coordinator); •Highereducationinstitution’sremarksabout factual mistakesin10days; • Finalreports –10daysafter institution’s remarks.
