  7. Why work on your organisations resilience? • Because it will help you increase engagement. HOW? • Enable you to better react and adapt to changing circumstances

  8. Why – what has changed? Demand • Pressure from funding providers • Increasing demand Funding • Increasing use of technology • ‘Traditional’ model of volunteering • under pressure
