  7. Make your choice • Please discuss this with your teammates. • Then inform your supervisor the way your team wants to do it.

  8. Who to give the tests to…. • You can give the tests to each other, loved ones, children if you have access. • The most important thing is that you become familiar with the tests.

  9. Submitting the Tests • Please create a notebook or folder. • Put your name on the notebook/folder. • Put the list of tests at the front of the notebook and put the date next to the tests as you complete and submit them. • Put the summary worksheet and filled out test form in the notebook. • Submit to supervisor on or before due date.

  10. Intended Outcome • By the end of the quarter you will have sampled a variety of tests. • If another supervisor asks you to give one of them at the last minute, you will have familiarity. • Your notebook will provide a way to jog your memory about the tests you gave.
