  3. Definition • strong vengeful anger • Wrath is manifested in the individual who spurns love and opts instead for fury. It is also known as anger. • Anger come in many forms

  5. Why? • It is because of our temper. • It is how we accept the actions of others that hurt us.

  6. Understanding If someone slapped you, you'd feel pain, and at the same time probably anger, too. Is this justified anger, or is all anger a "deadly" sin? Is anger ever okay? • Experiencing the involuntary immediate sensation of anger in response to physical or emotional pain is not a sin. • Sin is how you react to it. If you react by cursing or violence that is sin.

  9. Meekness • Other wise known as patience or self-control. • Meekness give us the grace endure wrong things done to us , without violence. • Overcoming anger is the key to reducing stress, strengthening healthy relationships, and improving the quality of everyday and spiritual life.
