This high-capacity, high-quality portable ice plant is available for purchase. It is a self-contained trailer mounted in a 40ft shipping container, making it the first truly mobile ice plant. It is able to work with either a 380V/50Hz or 480V/60Hz power system and uses environmentally conscious refrigerant R507. The plant is designed to produce standard 300lbs blocks of clear, white, and colored ice. It can be used on any flat surfaces and in ambient temperatures up to 97oF, both indoors and outdoors.

Four 40ft x 8ft x 5ft brine tanks with overhead lifting cranes • PU insulated tank walls and cover plates to prevent cold loss • Each tank holds 17 rows, 5 galvanized steel ice cans per row. • Total 340 cans, each holds 40 gallons of water • An agitator mixes and keeps brine circulating, together with the pump at the back of each tank.
