Predeparture Briefing #1: TODAYRegistration for Otago TOUR 306 course • Complete and submit Otago course application form to me today (2 copies) • Submit passport / citizenship document to me today-> will be copied, certified, and original returned to TREN main office for pick-up by tomorrow morning • Submit completed Brock transcript request form to me today
OCTOBER 15 FEE PAYMENT • $2500 installmentdue at Brock Finance Office before Oct 15 • use Payment Form 3: Otago course fees, student visa fees, etc.( available online at http://www.brocku.ca/tren/nz )

Predeparture Briefing #2: November 9VISA APPLICATION AND OTHER FORMS BRING YOUR ORIGINAL PASSPORT AND THE FOLLOWING COMPLETED FORMS: • New Zealand Student Visa Application Form (INZ 1012) • Evidence of enough money to support yourself in New Zealand (your own bank record, student loan record, or a New Zealand Financial Undertaking for a Student form (INZ 1014) if a parent or other person is your guarantor • Liability waiver form • Emergency contact form We will also conduct a field course itinerary overview
