How It Works The TS-1x connects To your asset via BNC cable Communicates data wirelessly to Uptime’s Ethernet Bridge Data appears on your office computer Updates every 30 sec to several hrs. Stores historical data according to disk space or upon fault. Uptime Pathfinder Software • Bar graphs. Grn/Yel/Red • Displays the alarm page, • The alarm limits, Overall & Banded are determined by the vibration dept. and are easily modified. • Alarm can be set to email or text • Full spectrums and waveforms are available upon each update. • Updates every 30 sec to several hours. • All information can be viewed millwide. Ethernet Bridge- Plugs into Ethernet port near asset (up to .25 miles away) • Collects data wirelessly from the TS-1x • Sends data to the computer where software resides.
