NGHE AN • Phu Quy, Nghia Dan, Thai Hoa – Nghe An’s western area. • Develop areas supplying materials for sugar production, cow husbandry & milk production, pulp production, MDF… • Exploit & Process minerals, Produce cement in Tan Ky, Anh Son – Continue constructing & completing hydroelectric plants. • Invest in the infrastructure of industrial parks of Nghia Dan, Quy Hop Major economic zones:
