  1. Tyrannosaurusrex

  2. Little fact of Tyrannosaurus • Tyrannosaurus: mean (lizard). • Pronunciation: Thai-run-no-saw-rus. • Tyrannosaurus: is a saurischian. • Tyrannosaurus size: • 46feet long and 36feet tall. • Tyrannosaurus family: • tyrannosaur idea. • Fossil location: • western part of the United states • Mongolia • New Mexico. • Tyrannosaurus is a carnivore • so they can only eat meat

  3. Tyrannosaurus Description Tyrannosaurus rex was one of the largest land carnivores of all time scientist have measured that tyrannosaurus have 12.8 meters 42 ft long, and was 4.0 meters 13.1 ft tall and 7.2 tons for all the body. The neck of Tyrannosaurus rex formed a natural S-shaped curve like that of other theropods, but was short and muscular to support the massive head.

  4. Tyrannosaurus family Tyrannosaurus family is Tyrannosauridae, and the subfamily is Tyrannosaurinae Other members of the tyrannosauruses subfamily include the North American Daspletosaurusand the Asian Tarbosaurus. In 1955, Soviet paleontologist EvgenyMaleev named a new species, Tyrannosaurus bataar, from Mongolia.

  5. Locations • Tyrannosaurus Rex fossils have only been found in: • North America • Canada • Mexico, • Mongolia

  6. Tyrannosaurus rex history Over half of the known Tyrannosaurus rex specimens appear to have died within six years. So that why the scientist find a lot of tyrannosaurus babies.

  7. Amazing Fact 1 Tyrannosaurus Rex had an incredibly powerful bite. Back in 1996, a team of Stanford University scientists determined that T. Rex chomped on its prey with anywhere from 1,500 to 3,000 pounds of force, comparable to a modern alligator. For purposes of comparison, the average adult human can bite with a force of about 175 pounds. A bite that powerful may have been capable of penetrating an ankylosaur's armor

  8. Amazing Fact 2 No one knows why T. Rex's arms were so short. Did Tyrannosaurus Rex use its stunted arms to push itself off the ground after restful naps, or to clasp struggling prey close to its chest? Or is it possible that this predator's arms were completely useless, and would have disappeared entirely as happened with snakes after another few million years of evolution? No one has a clue.
