Clinical PathologyVendor Communications and Procedure Concordance Vendor Communications- This verifies that communication in procedural changes from the vendor are documented and accounted for by the respective laboratory. An audit is performed monthly to validate this occurs. Procedure Concordance- A monthly audit occurs where a technologist is queried relative to a randomly selected procedure as to their knowledge and interpretation of the procedure.
