Precautions : it can be prevented by drinking plenty of water and avoiding over taking the body in hot weather and while exercising.
SYMTOMS: • Hot and dry skin. • No sweating(usually). • Skin is first flushed, then pale or purple. • Hyper-ventilation(rapid shallow breathing). • Headache. • Muscle cramps. • Dilated pupil’s. • Signs of mental disorders may include.
