  8. PLC’s are driven by four questions • What do we want students to learn? • How will we know when they have learned it? • How will we respond when students experience difficulty? • How will we enrich the learning for students who already understand? 

  9. What are Professional Learning Communities (PLC’s)? • PLC’s ARE… • Ongoing • School-wide • Action Oriented • PLCs are NOT… • A Book Group • A Meeting • A Program
