  2. VBE IS BULLY FREE! • No tolerance policy.

  3. The Model Student • Respectful and polite • Happy to be at school • Positive attitude • Responsible and dependable • Willing to try new things • Academically oriented • Cares about others • Perseverance • Accepts constructive criticism

  4. Students earn tickets to spend at the Tribal store each Friday.

  5. Tribal Passes • Tribal Passes are given to all classes caught doing the right things. All staff members are encouraged to give passes through out the day. Rewards are set up for different amounts.

  6. Teach-To’s • A group of PBS members were trained on a program called Teach-To’s. This was implemented at the beginning of the school year with all staff and students participating.

  7. VBE has a collection of Teach-To’s to model. By doing this students know what behaviors are expected and know that making the right choices are rewarded. This also ensures that all students, teachers and staff are on the same page. No surprises.

  8. All areas of VBE have a Refocus Desk. Students are sent there so they can chose to change their own behavior.

  9. VBE is the place to be!

  10. Let the dreams begin!
