BDO Grade Purpose 1. Because Vietnam is too wide, BDO can not organize group training, therefore the guidance and seniors system will help them. 2. BDO Grade will make junior respect for seniors, also make junior work in fast-growing
BDO Grade Method 1. According to March and September each year installments, every six months set up to 1 grade. 2.Before March 2009 is 1st grade, after March 2009 is 2nd grade, and so on ..
National BDO Conference Time: Each year 1&7 months(first day 13:00-17:30, second day 08:30-15:00) Location: South (Ho Chi Minh and Dong Nai and Da Nang), North (Hanoi, Haiphong) Course: professional skills, learning, attitudes and spiritual education Assessment : half-yearly one pieces of 3.6M Each BDO has to recruit one IA to sell insurance (If the whole year they don’t have PFYP, and one IA, the performance is bad) Tests: New compensation scheme , clause, Claims.
