The company’s validation period is 25 years starting from the date of company’s commercial registration. Every amendment in this period is approved by the company’s unusual share holders meeting, and to issue a statement for this amendment from the General Authority of Investment & Free Zones. • Establishment • The company was established in 09.11.1999 under the Investment Laws in the Arab Republic of Egypt as per Law No. 8 in the Year 1997 and Law No. 159 in the Year 1981 for share holding companies.

For example: Since 1970, the feed quantity required to produce one kilogram of poultry meat has decreased by about one third.
