  2. By the end of lesson • All of you will review at least 2 graphic sets commenting on the good and bad aspects • Most of you will describe the purpose and suitability of the graphics • Some of you will describe the target audience and give valid reasons

  4. Graphic Set to Review • For AO1 you need to review 2 sets of Graphics • The Graphic sets are made up of: • Navigation Bar • Navigation Buttons • Advertising Banner • You need to comment on the good and bad aspects giving valid reasons

  5. Example • In pairs, Discuss the good and bad aspects of the following set of graphics.

  6. For a Pass • You should collect and display examples of graphics from at least 2 different websites • You should describe the purpose of the graphics you have collectedComment on the positive and negative aspects of the graphics you have collected

  7. For a Merit • You should collect and display examples of graphics from at least 2 different websites • You should describe the graphics you have collected. This description will include;The purpose of each graphicThe suitability for purpose of each graphicDetails of the size of each graphic • Comment on the positive and negative aspects of the graphics you have collected givingvalidfor your decisions

  8. For a Distinction • You should collect and display examples of graphics from at least 2 different websites • You should describe the graphics you have collected. This description will include;The purpose of each graphicThe suitability for purpose of each graphicDetails of the size of each graphic and the target audience • Comment on the positive and negative aspects of the graphics you have collected giving valid reasons for your decisions • You will identify the file sizes for the graphics

  9. Task • Go to the following and save the review sheet in your AO1 folder for Unit 21 • M:\Subjects\ICT\Y10 Multimedia\Unit 21\AO1 • You need to review at least 2 graphic sets, some examples to look at are: • LoveFilm • Sky • Virgin Media • Apple
