Success Story #1 Banking: BNP Paribas, Global • BNP Paribas is one of the most extensive global banking networks with a presence in more than 80 countries, including all the main international financial markets. • Nearly 7,000 of Chip PC thin clients and management software licenses have been deployed in BNP Paribas branches all over the world, such as France, Portugal, Italy, Poland, India and the UK, to name a few install bases. • All Chip PC thin clients installed all over the world are centrally and remotely managed via the Xcalibur Global management console installed at BNP Paribas headquarters in France. www.chippc.com 4

Success Story #1 Banking: BNP Paribas, Global • BNP Paribas uses Citrix technology on the server side and is one of Citrix’s largest accounts in Europe. • Chip PC has competed and consistently won BNP Paribas tenders and is considered “Preferred Vendor” for BNPP in the field of thin clients. • The main drivers for BNP to adopt Chip PC thin client technology were: • The best manageable yet simple solution offered by Chip PC software • Highest levels of security offered by Chip PC solutions • One example for simplicity of Chip PC management software – Xcalibur Global is the only thin client management software that requires the opening of just a single port in order to control devices and users remotely and does not include script usage as other management software do. Success Story #1 Banking: BNP Paribas, Global • BNP Paribas has plans to expand thin client install bases in many different projects and branches all over the world, both for BNP employees and third party suppliers and sub contractors. Evolution on Citrix, Microsoft and VMware server side technologies enables to use thin clients in applications and usages undreamt of just a few years ago • in addition to providing BNP employees with thin clients, BNP plans to oblige its suppliers and sub contractors to use Chip PC thin clients to access BNP information on a dedicated BNP portal. Success Story # 4 Insurance: ING Insurance Group (Zicht) - The Netherlands • ING Insurance Group, recently acquired by Zicht, is a large insurance group in the Netherlands with thousands of employees, millions of customers and over 100 years of experience in the insurance field. • ING is a loyal customer of Chip PC Technologies since 2002 and currently has an install base of over 1,500 Chip PC thin clients and management software. Success Story #1: Oklahoma Heart Hospital - USA • The Oklahoma Heart Hospital is a physician owned hospital which brings world-class medical expertise and compassion to the care of every patient. • Hundreds of Chip PC thin clients and managements software were deployed replacing PCs and working in a Citrix environment. • The Hospital required to have no moving part devices in the patient rooms, to comply with HIPPA standards and to move to centrally managed computing. • Chip PC was chosen due to the key benefits of ease of manageability, highest data security, and green technology. Success Story #3 The Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center - Israel • The Tel Aviv Sourasky Medical Center is one of the largest hospitals in Israel, including 1,100 hospital beds, 60 departments and institutes, and approximately 150 outpatient clinics. • The Sourasky Medical Center installed 9 Citrix servers and hundreds of Chip PC thin clients, some with Integrated Smart Card Reader/Writer. The devices are installed at reception counters and clinics and are operational around-the-clock, 24-hours a day. • Xcalibur Global management software is used to install and monitor the thin clients. 13 www.chippc.com
