Conclusioni • Il By-pass gastrico a Y sec.Roux tradizionale è un eccellente intervento bariatrico a ridotto potenziale malassorbitivo. • Esso comporta una bassa incidenza di complicanze specifiche, senza patologia da reflusso e buon controllo HP • Nell’opinione del relatore il BPG-RY non è confrontabile con il mini by-pass gastrico
