Drafting – Paragraph Structure • Title • Thesis Sentence • Using a hook is optional • Startling fact, question, description, etc. • Introduce topic and position • Topic is Position because one, two, three • Body • Use transitions (p. 40) to introduce each new idea that supports your overall topic • S-C-C-C (p. 39) at least one time • Conclusion Sentence • Re-state your thesis using different words
