Leadership: The good, the bad and the ugly Opening Activity: On sticky notes, jot down what skills a good leader should have and put them on the front chart. On the Horns chart, write down the worst leader you ever encountered and what made them a bad leader (fictionalize to protect your job as needed!). On the Halo chart, do the same for a good leader.
