Afstuderen/stages bij OTB Solar • Opdrachten 2008: • Opdracht 1: stationaire depositie van silicium nitride (PECVD): onderzoek naar silicium nitride laageigenschappen, uniformiteit, theoretisch model van gasstromen om uniformiteit te verklaren. • Opdracht 2: Simulatie van luchtstroom in fosfor-doping systeem: fosforzuurdruppelverdeling, uniformiteit. • Opdracht 3: Onderzoek naar etsproces fosforglas: analyses naar restanten/contaminatie

Afstuderen/stages bij OTB Solar • Opdracht 3: Onderzoek naar etsproces fosforglas: analyses naar restanten/contaminatie • Literatuuronderzoek / concurrentie-vergelijk (1 mnd) • Experimenten intern: aanbrengen emitterlaag en PSG ets, oppervlak analyses (samenwerking MiPlaza) • Experimenten intern: onderzoek effect PSG ets op rendement • Experimenten extern: samenwerking met ECN • Experimenten extern: bezoek OTB LINEx in Dresden/Bangalore en uitvoeren X-testen • Relatie leggen tussen ets-chemie en eigenschappen PSG laag • verslag

Afstuderen/stages bij OTB Solar • Vereiste vaardigheden: • Affiniteit met zonnecellen • Affiniteit met experimenteel werk • Ondernemend/initiatief • Passend in horizontale bedrijfs-structuur • Begeleiding: • Altijd 1 vaste process engineer aangesteld • Elke dag interactie/feedback (buro’s naast elkaar) • Begeleiding bij experimenten, uitweking en verslag
