  3. Timeline • Original submission February 13, 2014 • March 20, 2014 – revisions requested from WRO • Revised PAPD submitted March 24, 2014 • PAPD approval April 14, 2014

  4. Revisions requested by WRO • The addition of a QA Contractor • Remove Feasibility study and cost benefit analysis • Add EBT Project Management Plan • Adding how we want to implement eWIC • Online vs Offline • In-house vs Outsourced

  5. Why on-line/outsourced? • Past MIS experience done in-house • Small State Staff • Other states in our region • 11 of 14 had chosen on-line/outsourced • Guidance from WRO
