Board of trustees of School District No. 57) • If it is suitable to his age and condition (physical and mental). • If he is progressively trained and coached to do it properly and avoid danger. • If the equipment is adequate and suitably arranged. • if the performance, having regarded its inherently dangerous nature, is properly supervised.
