CPM Release 5.6 • General • Login: • Changed the way the DoD notices are displayed. • Updated the software when EDI Numbers are used for logging in, disabling the change and reset password options. • Added ability to restrict login to only be through CAC access (currently this option is disabled). • Changed email messages when user with CAC access requests account reactivation. • Fixed an issue which would cause the display of certain pages (JDTA and Objectives, mainly) to take an extremely long time to display. • Bug 113: Additional checks to make sure only users with the appropriate privilege actually can display the various screens. • Bug 122: Changed the look of the Resequence screen to make it look like other screens and to generally work.
CPM Release 5.6(contd) • JDTA • Req. 5.64: Users can now be given Administrator privilege at the Occupation level. • Req. 5.67: Added ability to select more than one Object (e.g. Platform, System, etc.) for a Task, Subtask, or Step. • Bug 109: When displaying Existing Interventions data, only display Lessons/Sections which are called out in a Project. • Added new field, Proficiency Level, for Tasks, Subtasks, Steps (will be used in the future with the incredible FEA functionality soon to be implemented)
CPM Release 5.6(contd) • Projects • Req. 5.45: User can now select multiple JDTA items for a Module/Lesson/Section. • When printing the TPP and TCCD, no longer print the CCMM information if no CDP is specified (this is to bring it in line with AIM I/II). • Removed the Per Inst/Tr/Class fields from the Training Site Resources screen, as they were never printed. • Bug 111: When exporting to the EDE, ISD Considerations should now keep paragraph breaks. • Bug 116: Fixed the issue where changing of the title or number of a Resource would not automatically update any related Objective text. • Bug 145: There should now be a scroll bar on the Objective editing screen when it is needed.
CPM Release 5.6(contd) • Home • For the sake of security, removed the System Users tab. • Data/Resources • Added new Related Materials output for a selected Data Item/KSATR/Resource. • Note: This is found on the associated screen, not the Reports tab. • OCCSTDS • Convert special characters of single- and double-quotes during import so they don’t display as boxes.
