Ethical Principles in Health Care Ethical principles should define the interaction between health care professionals, their patients, their families and their colleagues. Ethics, laws and health care principles influence what are considered appropriate and inappropriate behaviors.
Objective • Using a series of vignettes that portray typical case scenarios implicating ethical challenges, participants are asked to comment upon & discuss the specific ethical, professional and legal aspects of patient care. • Sometimes, there is not a definitive answer.
