Your Role with the Adults • Find out what training each leader has • Determine what each leader needs or could use • Find out when and where the needed training is happening and how to register • Encourage the appropriate leader to signup • Check Journey to Excellence for training requirements and see how unit doing
How to get your units info • Go to northernstarbsa.org/toolbox. You will need a sign-in. Check with you unit committee chair or unit leader. • myscouting.org
What determines a trained leader? Everyone must take Youth Protection Every 2 Years (Venturing Leaders need Venturing Youth Protection)
