  5. *MOST IMPORTANT STEP*Step 4 : Under Filters, Click on IT SERV_TYP. Then check IZ0101. This gives the Official HCAHPS Surveys that were reported to CMS. NOTE: If you do not use this filter, PGO will include the Unofficial HCAHPS Surveys. This is where the discrepancy was coming from.

  6. Step 5: Select Top Box. Then RUN the Report.
