Proposal: Incentive Package • Marshall Community Reinvestment Fund (CRIF): • Marshall is willing to provide the assistance below based on moving employees to Marshall and providing economic development and future growth to Marshall and Brau Brothers. Brau Brothers also agrees to provide a build out that would allow for tours and taste testing upon opening. Festival development is also encouraged and expected. The City of Marshall will offer a total of $250,000 in loan amounts broken out below: • $125,000 Forgivable • $125,000 at 4% interest for 7 years • Loan amount is to be used at Brau Brothers discretion with City Council approval.

  3. City of Marshall Commitments • The City of Marshall will provide financial assistance to be used for design and build out requirements. • The City of Marshall will gain approval of all necessary zoning, licensing, and permitting needed to fulfill Brau Brothers’ needs. • Brau Brothers will provide all required information to ensure commitments are fulfilled.
