  2. Home Screen Have associate log onto iPhone On the Home Screen click the Employee App button found at the bottom of the screen

  3. Main Menu Once clicking the Employee App button you will be taken to the Main Menu screen On this screen you have the ability to select Inventory, view Weekly Sales Report (Store Management Only), and additional tools Weekly Sales Report is only available to Department Managers and higher ranking Management Weekly Sales Report only gives store highlights, not department breakdowns

  4. Inventory Link Once on the Main Menu screen you will use the Inventory Link When in the Inventory Lookup screen, type in the Item number/UPC number or scan the product barcode

  5. Inventory Lookup Detail Upon scanning or typing in your Item Number/UPC you will be able to look at a product’s: Price Stock vs. Non Stock OHs Last Sold Last Received Sales WTD 3 Week Average Sales Sales Last Year Last Cycle Count With this information you can view a detailedreport of the health/status of individual items This is a great resource when checking On Hands, Stock status, and tracking sales for NLP promotions Also, take notice of the additional links at the bottom of the screen: Area Lookup, Request, and Labels

Area Lookup When using the Inventory Link you are able to utilize “Area Lookup” by clicking the link at the bottom of the screen This screen shows all stores in the vicinity that stockadditional OHs ofthe product originally scanned This is helpful if you need to “ICB” product or for helping a consumer find more of a particular item

  7. Inventory Request When using the Inventory Link you are able to utilize “Inventory Request” by clicking the link at the bottom of the screen On this screen you are able to change OHs, order additionalproduct, and view shipping information Only Department Managers and higher ranking Managementcan order additional product

  8. Printing Labels By selecting an Item on the Inventory Link you are able to print labels by selecting the “Labels” link at the bottom of the screen Choose bin or beam label and send to theprinter of choice

  9. YouTube Access This function allows the consumer and associate to access Lowe’s “How To” videos from youtube. Videos range from: measuring your window, the benefit of Levolor Lightmaster, shortening CSNblinds, and installation of all CSN blinds and shades

  10. Price Shop Allows consumer to request a competitor’s price for the same product Associates can confirm a price difference between Lowe’s and major competitor Competitive pricing includes Home Depot, JCPenney, WalMart, Target, Bed Bath and Beyond, Best Buy, Menards, Sears, etc.

  11. Price Shop Continued Once competitor is selected, the iPhone will bring the associate to Home Page of the competitor This allowsfor browsing of the competition’s product lines

  12. Lowe’s.com The iPhone gives associates easy access to Lowes.com This allows associates faster more immediate access to Lowe’s internet for quicker assistance to customers versus having to use a computer station in the past

  13. Lowe’s Estimator Estimator The Estimator is used in the Paint and Flooring departments Associates can enter room dimensions or square footage to determine amount of flooring or paint needed, (i.e. number of gallons, or cartons of flooring) This application is currently being updated, continue to work with your associates to understand additional details in the future.
