Over 2.4 million patient records covering ambulatory encounters for patients with CAD, HF, AFib, and hypertension • 959 providers from 353 data-submitting office sites across nearly 30 states • Qualified by CMS to report 14 clinical PQRS measures and eRx for 2011 • PINNACLE Research in 2011: 6 abstracts accepted ; 5 peer-reviewed articles published (JACC, U.S. Cardiology, American Journal of Cardiology, Circulation: Cardiovascular Quality and Outcomes, PEJ) and one letter to the editor published (Archives of Internal Medicine); 4 articles are in progress. * Estimate pending close of Q4 data submission period
