TotalHR 4.3System Changes • LaunchPad - mouse-free navigation and a “moving forward” look • F3 key is programmed to open the list when an employee, applicant or COBRA form is open and in focus • F4 key will display a list of rows for the entity • F9 key is programmed to give focus to the LaunchPad • Search/Sort Function – Pick List for Employee, Applicant, Cobra, or Multiple Records Pick

TotalHR 4.3Employee Forms Changes • Contacts – Use Employee Address and Home Phone Check Box (new check box) • Contacts – Multiple Records View (updated view with additional fields) • Employment – Terminate Button (new command button) • Pay History – Preview (new functionality button) • Pay Run – Preview (new functionality button)
