  1. As we know,it's called "the hardest year of employment" this year.Many students still havn't found a job yet.You can imagine how depressed they are.

  2. Around this topic,we design and conduct a campus-wide survey to reveal which factors of HRM our fellow students value or care when choosing a job

  3. We have conducted 60 students in SCNU from every grade of different colledges. About half of them are male and about half of them are citizens.So it can make sure the result is equitable.

  4. According to the suvery,the initial salary that most of the students can accepted is between 2000~4000.Only on this level can meet the basic need of the life.

  5. Five insurances and housing fund will be taken into consideration when most of them find a job.

  6. More than half of the students think that the reward basing on the performance can embrave then best.

  7. As for the welfare and remuneration，vacation with salary attracts the students better obviously.

  8. The last Q: What do you care most when you find a job?

  9. Conclusion: Though it's hard to find a job，it's important to plan your own career planning,make sure yout target（short-term,mid- term,long-term),I believe everyone can succeed finally. short-term target mid-term target long-term target
