  1. Grade 5 Nude Food Challenge What we mean by nude food: Nude food refers to food that does not involve wrappers. The reason we are attempting this challenge is to reduce the amount of package that is going into the ground and destroying our environment. The picture above is the amount of wrapping that we have collected this week that has come from our snack and lunches. We were shocked to see how much we are contributing to landfill. Here are some suggestions for next weeks challenge: fruit, vegetables, buying a larger pack of something and bring some of it in a re-useable container such as chips or yoghurt make popcorn at home. Cook lunch at home and bring it in a container Reuse freezer bags Bring lunch in a lunchbox without wrapping. Please help us next week by trying to support our nude food challenge.
