  2. As of 1 April 2012, NMa has merged with three other regulators in the new Authority for Consumers and Markets Consumentenautoriteit NMa OPTA

  3. Within the new organisation, the area for attention of the former three regulators form the core business of ACM

  4. The board of ACM consists of three Board members (chaired by Chris Fonteijn), the energy department is chaired by Remko Bos Chris Fonteijn Chairman of the Board Remko Bos Director of Energy department
