  8. The Problem is Over-Retention (from Rich Medina) Organizations have been over-retaining electronic information and failing to dispose of it in a legally defensible manner when business and law will allow

  10. Change Change is constant. There was general agreement around: • Social • Mobile • Cloud • Big data/analytics As (current) drivers of change.

  11. IT Doesn’t Have the Answers Or at least all of them. Not a huge amount of IT bashing, but a LOT of comments around finding out: What’s in it for the user – Jane Connerton, P&G

  12. Community and Conference in the Evening Folks were using the app to get together after each day to recap and learn from each other. As we all know breaking bread – liquid or actual bread – is a great way to cement relationships.
