Energy Programs • Biomass Research and Development (9008) • promote research, development, and demonstration regarding the production of biofuels and bioproducts. • Grants are made to eligible entities (including institutions of higher education, national laboratory, etc.) for Research & Development Projects (up to 80% of project cost) or Demonstration Projects (up to 50% of project cost).
