Teacher Observation Feedback Survey • To assess progress of Alliance-wide implementation of teacher observation process • Data will be aggregated to determine areas for teacher/administrator professional development • Plan to email teachers the survey online • Tomorrow (Friday) for Fall 2011 feedback • In April (after Spring observations)

Student Survey for Teachers • Students will complete a survey for individual teachers • Survey will be administered online • Students will complete at most two surveys • Surveys are aligned with indicators in domains 1, 2, 3 • Teacher Advisory Panel has reviewed these items twice • Please review items with a partner and share feedback
Teacher Feedback on Observations • Pre- and Post- observation conference should occur within 2-3 days of the observation • Formal observations are specific to a class, so lesson plans should be for a specific class • Be sure to provide feedback on informal observations • Email Kristen your formal observation ratings and evidence ASAP!
Review of Certification Results • 14 of 20 principals now certified • Recognize that the evaluation process is mostly an individual effort • Outcome of certification should be that you can consistently justify your ratings with evidence • Fidelity to this process is critical to implementation of Alliance-wide evaluation system
