  2. I AM JOHN I am 6 foot 7 and 6 foot 8 with shape ups I am an early childhood education major I am a fan of all food except cantaloupe My favorite sports teams are the cavs, brown, and tribe. I graduated high school in 2010 from Medina high school. I am 21 and learned I like to party!

  3. Why do I want to become a teacher • I had a teacher Scott Perkins of Northwood Junior High • He always has fun in the classroom • He also has time outside of work to have fun. • He is my best friends dad and is my role model

  4. Why do I want to be a teacher • I want to become a teacher because of a life style. • The passion he had and fun and excitement everyday brought to him made me want that! • The ability to do my hobbies in the summer • The ability to have normal 7 to 3 job everyday is exciting • The ability to have an impact in one child's life would be worth it

Passion • My passion to help develop young minds and help children with proper manners. • I want the children to be engaged and have fun in a learning environment. • I am passionate in having a structure in a classroom that children have a say. • My passion drives from my family to achieve a dream of mine no mater what!

  6. Tech I used as a student Modern Technology • We used Smart Boards • Computer labs! • A electronic dictionary • We used books until 8th grade with research projects. • Overhead projectors • And a projectors

  7. How Was the Tech Used Grade School • The technology used in the classroom was only to support the book or a project in the early • We used the Elmo projectors for presentations • We used overheads to help instruct math and mini readings

  8. Tech in High School • We used the computers a lot for projects and for reading test • We turned in assignments on the internet a lot of the time • Smart boards became a common items in all classrooms!

  9. Philosophy of Education I believe that technology should be used as a support not as the only recourse. I will use at as a way to show children how this technology can be used in the future in jobs and future class. Students will learn to use technology and give credit to the proper source. I will use technology to help students work together.
