Whatis an Application Service Provider ? • Business that provides computer-based services to customers over a network • Also called On-demand software or software as a service (SaaS) • Providing access to a particular application program using a standard protocol such as HTTP • CRM (Customer Relationship Management) • E-Mails management • Documents management
