Range Rules • Always keep the muzzle pointed in a safe direction. • Keep your finger off the trigger until ready to fire. • Do not load your firearm until ready to fire. • Know your backstop and what is beyond it. *Eye and ear protection are mandatory. Jeff Cooper- “All guns are always loaded.”

ORC 2923.12 • Not a concealed weapons license; a concealed handgun license. • Must notify any LE Officer if stopped • Must keep hands in plain sight. • Must do as LE Officer says. • Doesn’t apply to anyone carrying as part of their job. • Or in your own home.
