    3. Thms. 8-15, 8-16, & 8-17 The diagonals of a rhombus are perpendicular. If the diagonals of a parallelogram are perpendicular, then the parallelogram is a rhombus. Each diagonal of a rhombus bisects a pair of opposite angles.

    5. square – a quadrilateral with 4 right angles and 4 congruent sides A square is a special type of parallelogram that is also a rectangle and rhombus. It has all the characteristics of a parallelogram, a rectangle, and a rhombus.
