  1. Weekly Announcements Sunday, July 25, 2010

  2. Help the session with scheduling their visitations. We have dates available up through October. Please sign up on the Elders' Visitation Sign-Up sheet out on the bulletin board. 

  3. Planning for the Harvest Fair continues.  This month we are collecting items for a "guys'" basket - Any items you can donate having to do with automobiles, please give them to Amy McClain or place them in the basket in the Babe's Room. 

  4. We currently have nobody who has volunteered to organize Rally Day.  If you would be willing to help, please speak to one of the elders.

  5. We are updating the church directory. There is an insert in the bulletin.  If your information has changed or if you have any additional info to add, such as an e-mail address, please fill it out and place it in the offering plate.

  6. The closets in Blair Hall need to be cleaned out to prepare for the Blair Hall work which begins this week.  Anyone having items in this closet please see Glenn Dyson regarding where to place them during the renovations.

  7. Tomorrow (7/26/10) at 7:00pm there will be a meeting to view color choices for the Blair Hall work.  If you would like to see these choices or express your opinion regarding them, you are welcome to attend.

  8. If you are willing to help create weekly announcements or other types of powerpoints like this one, please speak to one of the elders.

  9. Due to the upcoming work in Blair Hall, the Square Dance scheduled for Aug. 14 will be postponed. A new date will be announced.
