The Basics • Full semester, half-semester, or summer study at a partner school • Follows the completion of core courses • 4 Wharton credit units on semester exchange • 2 Wharton credit units on half-semester or summer exchange • With departmental approval, coursework may count toward the major • No extra tuition charge within 21 credit units; living expenses not included INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE PROGRAMS

The Wharton/INSEAD Alliance • More than 700 MBA exchanges since 2001 • Approximately 40-60 students in each direction, each year • Students take a minimum of 3 INSEAD credits per period/quarter (1 INSEAD cu = .67 Wharton cu) • Can study for 1 or 2 quarters (consecutive or separate, Fontainebleau or Singapore or BOTH!) • Opportunities for INSEAD exchange are in the summer session following the first year; quarters 1, 2, 3, and 4 of the academic year; and the summer following second year Fontainebleau Singapore INTERNATIONAL EXCHANGE PROGRAM

Course Objectives • Enrich students’ understanding of regional business, cultural and political environments. • Introduce students to local business practices through direct interaction with managers and government officials. • Explore different economic models as benchmarks for global business practices. • Promote intercultural awareness, communication and appreciation.
