Schedule • 6:00 AM (wake up) • 6:10 AM (put school clothes on) • 6:20 AM (comb hair) • 6:33 AM (leaves home) • 6:40 AM (get onto the school bus) • 6:50 AM (leaves out of my home area) • 7:00 AM(arrives in Grace quarters) • 7:10 AM( arrives at HHMS) • 7:20 AM (leaves HHMS) • 7:35 AM (arrives at HJHMS) • 7:40 AM (go straight to the auditorium) • 8:00 AM (class begins) • 2:20 PM (class ends)

Schedule Continued • 2:50 PM (bus arrives at school) • 3:15 PM (arrives at home) • 3:45 PM (takes a nap) • 6:00 PM (wakes up from nap and cleans up) • 7:00 PM (finish cleaning) • 7:30 PM (takes a bath) • 8:00 PM (finish taking my bath) • 8:30 PM ( get on twitter and tweet) • 8:45 PM (plays Temple Run) • 9:00 PM (gets on face book) • 9:30 PM (goes back to sleep)

  4. Menu • The next 9 slides will be suggestions for a healthy and satisfying menu for 3 days of healthy eating. Make sure to include a variety of nutrients and foods. Day 1: Breakfast (write your breakfast menu here)

  5. Day 1: Supper • Mashed Potatoes • Baked Chicken • Sweet Peas • Hawaiian Punch or Fruit Juice

  6. Day 2: Supper • Tacos • Fruit Punch

  7. Day 3: Supper • Canes Chicken Fingers • With Fries and Cane sauce • Fruit Punch

  8. Day 4: Supper
