  3. Why Personality Test (Cont.)? • teachers can administer personality tests in class to help you discover your strengths and developmental needs  • opens up a line of communication and bring students together • help me plan to make all of you successful in math class

  5. Key Concepts • each person is a unique blend of the four colors or styles (a spectrum) • there are no bad or good colors • there are wide individual variations within each color spectrum
